  • Payment Tracking: Track amount received and see balance automatically
  • Auto-Calculate: Totals, balances, and receipt numbers update in real-time
  • Print Ready: Professional PDF output with Ctrl+P for both modes
💡 Pro Tip: Enter the amount received in the payment section to automatically calculate the remaining balance. The balance will be color-coded: green for fully paid, red for outstanding balance, orange for overpayment.

🔄 Invoice & Receipt Modes

  • Invoice Mode (default): Blue theme, editable items, signature section
  • Receipt Mode: Green theme, "PAID" badge, payment details (method, date, status)
  • Receipt number automatically generated from invoice number
  • Toggle any time with the mode switch button at the top
  • Each mode has optimized print styling for professional output

💰 Payment Tracking

  • Enter "Amount Received" to track payments
  • Balance automatically calculates: Total - Amount Received
  • In Receipt mode: See payment method, date, and status
  • All payment details are editable in Edit mode

🖨️ Printing & PDF

  • Select invoice or receipt mode before printing
  • Exit edit mode for clean output
  • Use browser's Print function (Ctrl+P / Cmd+P)
  • Choose "Save as PDF" for digital copies
  • All edit controls are automatically hidden when printing
